Tadalafix — Tadalafil

Common side effects may include:

• Headache.

• Indigestion or upset stomach.

• Back or muscle aches.

• Muscle aches.

• Nasal congestion.

• Flushing.

• Lightheadedness.

Rare but serious side effects may include:

• An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).

• Sudden decrease or loss of vision.

• Sudden decrease or loss of hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears or dizziness.

• Severe dizziness, fainting, or a significant drop in blood pressure.

• Rapid or racing heartbeat (tachycardia).

• Serious allergic reaction.


Performax — Apomorphine / Tadalafil / Vardenafil

Common side effects may include:

• Headache.

• Flushing.

• Indigestion or upset stomach.

• Nasal congestion.

• Nausea.

• Dizziness or lightheadedness.

• Drowsiness.

• Back or muscle aches.

Rare but serious side effects may include:

• An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).

• Sudden decrease or loss of vision.

• Sudden decrease or loss of hearing.

• Severe low blood pressure, fainting, or loss of consciousness.

• Rapid or racing heartbeat (tachycardia).

• Serious allergic reaction.

Important: Do not take ondansetron (Zofran) or other 5-HT3 antagonist medications while taking Performax. Combining these medications with apomorphine can cause a severe drop in blood pressure and loss of consciousness.


Xtend — Paroxetine

Common side effects may include:

• Nausea.

• Dizziness or lightheadedness.

• Drowsiness or fatigue.

• Dry mouth.

• Increased sweating.

• Trouble sleeping.

• Tremor.

• Back or muscle aches.

• Decreased libido.

• Changes in erection, orgasm, or ejaculation.

Rare but serious side effects may include:

• Serotonin syndrome.

• Severe allergic reaction.

• Abnormal bleeding.

• Seizures.

• Low sodium levels.

• Rapid or racing heartbeat (tachycardia).

• New or worsening suicidal thoughts or behaviors, particularly in adolescents and young adults.

Important: If you take paroxetine regularly, speak with your care team before stopping it. Stopping paroxetine abruptly can cause withdrawal symptoms, and the dose may need to be gradually reduced.


Roxus — Vardenafil Nasal Spray

• Dizziness or lightheadedness.

Heart rhythm precaution: Vardenafil can affect the heart's electrical rhythm. Tell your provider if you have a history of abnormal heart rhythms, long QT syndrome, or take medications that can affect heart rhythm.


When to seek help: Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, fainting, a severe allergic reaction, a rapid or irregular heartbeat with concerning symptoms, or other severe symptoms.Side effects may vary by medication and individual, and these lists are not exhaustive.
